So I've been gone many months, and I've finally gotten a new laptop, since my last one broke.

So this means, as I mentioned in my journal, I'm going back to making more ITF lots.

I had a lot of fun with this one... I haven't ever made such a small first floor before in comparison to its upper floors. I really liked how the pool turned out. Your sims will feel like they're swimming outside! I urge you to check out my other futuristic lots if you like this one and haven't seen the other futuristic lots I've made. I welcome any ITF lot suggestions in the comments.


I placed this lot in the picture as shown for an idea. You actually don't need the add any lot size to get this lot size, 40X20. Odd lot size that I didn't ever think I'd build on! I have a picture showing its location because the lot wasn't perfectly flat, and I didn't level out the land completely, so it may look somewhat odd on another lot.
