Great home for when the kids have all moved out and you are ready to downsize. Also great for that beginner home after high school. This home is fully furnished and decorated. This home is on a concrete foundation for permanent location. The home offers a front deck with bbq. There is also an eat in kitchen with an open floor plan into the living room.

There is one item from store content in the house. It is the cookbooks from the bakery. You can download the bakery from the store HERE

University is shown on here for one of the packs used, I only used sports photo above the shelf in the bedroom, so if you don't have University, that is the only thing that was used.

There was one CC from The Sim Supply of the large photo in the living room. You can find that HERE

If there is any expansion, store, or CC you do not have the lot will still work, the game will just replace the item with something you already have.
