I saw a WCIF for a small victorian and decided to attempt to build it based off just the front picture. The original by amovitasim can be seen here. The house has three levels, with only the main floor and one bedroom/bath on the second floor finished, the third is empty. The finished areas are furnished and moderately decorated.

I didn't want to use cc so I was rather limited in my choices for period furniture. Since I'm not an expert in the period, I just went with what sorta went together. The white steps in the images are not included and can be found at sims2artists by me. The rest are EA objects/recolors, which may or may not require the CEP or CEP-EXTRAS by me.



Lot Size
I built the lot on a 3x3 since I couldn't see the lot edges in the reference pic. There is plenty of empty tiles around the house that you can use Lot Adjuster to shrink if you like.
