My spring semester ended a few days ago, which means I am officially on summer vacation! So I got in the mood to build a summer beach home! Hooray! Two bedrooms (one of which is designed as a nursery for my current family), and two full bathrooms. BASE GAME ONLY. NO CC. Built by CarlDillynson, May 2016. This house is meant to sit on the lot right next to the Frio brothers' house in Sunset Valley, but obviously can be place wherever you like.
Features
One main bedroom
One nursery
Two full bathrooms
Open kitchen/dining room
Fireplace
Office space
Parking spot
Small yard
There is also room on the second floor to build another bedroom if you wish!
Lot Size: 20x30
Lot Price (furnished): 95513
Lot Price (unfurnished): 45275
