Hi everyone! Today I am bringing you another modern home for your Sims to enjoy. This is actually a rebuilding of a home I have seen many others rebuild as well. The house in question is 64 Oceanview Drive in Starlight Shores, a small modern home that sits on a cliff overlooking the ocean. I have reconstructed the home into a much larger residence with two bedrooms and six bathrooms. Parts of the design were inspired by photos of modern California mansions I had seen recently and wanted to build something like it in the Sims.

The layout of the house is as follows:

FLOOR ONE:
- Main entrance
- Dining area
- Television and pool room
- Kitchen
- Grand family room
- Three bathrooms

SECOND FLOOR:
- Master bedroom
- Guest bedroom
- Office
- Small sitting area
- Three bathroom

The bottom level of this house includes the garage while the inside is empty and can be transformed into extra rooms or storage for anything you wish.
