Hello everyone! Long time no see! I am currently in Florida at some relative's house and decided I had to make the home in the Sims. The floor plan is almost identical to the real home as is much of the interior furnishings. There was supposed to be a garage behind the car overhang, but instead of trying to add in the garage attached to the house, I decided to keep the overhanging car port for the cars and turned what would have been the garage into a bedroom. Here is the floorplan

There is a nice open pool in the backyard with a small grill area and a hot tub to finish it all off! This little home makes the perfect residence for raising families, both big and small! I hope you enjoy this little beach house and have fun playing in it in your game!
