"Paper Moon" Lamp Glow Fix

With this mod, the Paper Moon Ceiling Light can no longer be interacted with or moved in buy/build mode by clicking its glow.

In an unmodded game, it's confusing and frustrating when you try to click a plate or chair behind the glow and the interaction menu that opens is for the lamp.
