Hello everyone, today I am bringing a new big build for you all to enjoy! Supernatural is my favorite expansion pack for the Sims 3 and I've always wanted to try and build a magic school! So finally, I did, and that's what I'm sharing with you today!

This is the Academy of the Supernatural, a hangout for all supernatural creatures to come learn new skills, make new friends, and practiec their abilities! The floorplan is as follows:

LOWEST LEVEL

I have gone through the build and labeled each room with a plaque so you can find your way around! I also decided that the school colors are green and purple, so you will see plenty of those colors decorating the place. I placed fog emitters to supply some cool effects such as all the fires in the fireplaces, and decorated each room with interesting supernatural flair for all types. There are two small dormitories that I envision are more used for summer and out of season programs rather than full time usage. But of course you can do whatever you wish!

I hope you all enjoy this magic school and have fun taking your supernatural Sims into it! I feel it would make a great storytelling set as well for any storytellers out there and you can always spice it up more with any custom content you may have.
