Hi everyone! Today I am happy to bring you another little home for your Sims to enjoy. I am really happy with how this one turned out and hope you all enjoy it as well!

This is Terra Cotta, a small Mediterranean style home, perfect for Sims with larger families. The home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, along with a spacious front and backyard, perfect for throwing pool parties and cookouts. The interior is decorated in lots of nice warm colors with lots of cozy decor.
