The last third flat of LOFTs I named a "greenhouse". A great place for a family with one child or teen. A perfect place for unique town feature - gardening. Includes little relaxing space for parents. Cats are welcomed.

FEATURES:
Two greenhouse gardens with a lot plases to grow trees and vegs
A huge kit inside those rooms fer advanced gardening and flower making (bags and shelve with bottles* to fertilize, seeds)
Gnomes, gnomes, gnomes! They are all in gardens! And you can see them! That`s who could repair your broken technics when the night comes!
Main room contaning almost all functons (there is no separated guestroom, kitchen, and dining. it`s all in one)
Bedroom for parents with relaxing zone and vanity table
Children bedroom with PC
Bathroom with bathtube, shower, toilet and hot tub
Guest WC with shower, toilet and laundry zone
Cat`s corner

NO CC WAS USED So feel free to use yours one.

This time I used a lot of buydebug objects to decorate. Tested all interactives are working well so sim doesn`t stumble at any gnome and waving hands at any place. But...I noticed that some are desappearing after placing a lot. Once shelving is emptied after visiting this lot. Next time all stay. Some extras as a portafilter are desappearing after using coffee machine and table wear can be change its colour. But most af all are stay as I placed.
Adding to all previous if you are CC friendly, you can use awesowe Icemunmun`s canning station and his vegetables to replace the flowering desk and make a lot of yummy stuff from self grown plants.
Lot will be at "career rooms or misc." section in your gallery. And make sure you turned the "bb.moveobjects" on before you place the lot.
