Hi again!

I am currently working on all the houses from Family Guy and uploading them into a neighborhood in Willow Creek. In the meantime I thought I could also build the famous Simpson's House (742 Evergreen Terrace) as well! This home has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and lots of funky colors. There are dozens of versions of this home on The Sims 4 Gallery and even a few already on ModTheSims likely because there are a lot of different images of each room in the house online, as well as a few different artist interpretations of the floor plan itself. It makes for quite a large family house, actually. I recommend you take a look at all the different versions available and play with whichever one you like best!

I don't usually watch The Simpson's, so I just used photos for references. I know there is supposed to be a basement, but I didn't feel like putting one in. Let me know if you notice any other errors.

This house is CC FREE and BASE GAME ONLY! There are two columns from Get Together that were used to simulate a garage door, but it's not a huge deal if you don't have them! I hope you enjoy this home as much as I do!
