One of my favorite things to do is rebuild Sims 3 homes for The Sims 4! I recently uploaded Villa Alto, The Landgraab Estate, The Goth Mansion, and today we have The Bachelor House! Pretty soon I might have Willow Creek completely filled with Sunset Valley Homes!

There isn't much to say about this home other than it is a detailed recreation of The Bachelor House, AKA Greener & Greener, AKA 12 Sim Lane from The Sims 3 (2009). It's quite large and spacious; perfect for a growing family! The yard layout is slightly different here than in The Sims 3, but is pretty recognizable overall.

Packs used to complete the look of this house are Cats and Dogs, Get Famous, Seasons, and Get Together , roughly in that order of importance. Fully Play-tested and NO CC! I hope you enjoy this home!
