Lot Desc: On the end of Ackerly Corner is a brand new apartment building with a modern style. With two studio apartments available for rent, your sims can be near all the activity in town. Although it may be a little pricey for just two studio apartments, the ambience that comes with it for free, is something that can't be found anywhere else. This residence even includes ground floor laundry.

I based the building off of an apartment complex I passed by, but I made it far smaller, and changed a few things.

The unfurnished price is §3,007 and the furnished price is §63,278.

I wanted to try out a retro-esque look, which I did for the upper apartment. The lower one's more contemporary I'd say. They're both studio apartments with one bathroom, but the upper one has a balcony as well.

I used all of the following EPs and SPs: Base Game, World Adventures, Generations, Ambitions, Late Night, Showtime, Supernatural, Island Paradise, Into the Future, Outdoor Living Stuff, High-End Loft Stuff, Fast Lane Stuff, and Diesel Stuff.

I only used one sink from the Diesel Stuff Pack, around two decorative items from World Adventures, and two from Supernatural(One of them is important to the rangehoods above the stove, though), so if you don't mind them being replaced, you wont need those EPs and the SP.

No Custom Content was used in the making of this build.

I used The Decorators Best Friend in this apartment, and I strongly recommend it, but if you don't have it nothing will change unless you try moving the objects it is being used on.
