While I've kept the footprint 3x1 tiles, the actual mesh is a bit longer and wider that the ea tables. The chair and object placement positions have been adjusted accordingly to avoid clipping weirdness, but that makes the table with chairs attached take a bit more space than usual. Keep that in mind and don't stick it into super tight spaces to avoid routing tantrums.
