This is the same house I posted earlier in tumblr, only with no custom content. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a study area on the topmost floor, and a spacious backyard containing a barbeque area, a pond, and a pool under a shed.
Requires this bay window default replacement by cmomoney for the clutter to be correctly placed by the windows.
Place the .package file in the Library folder to install (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library) to install.
