Designed in Mid-Century likeness of the homes in Palm Springs, California, this lovely two bedroom home is perfect for a small family looking to move into the neighborhood without spending a fortune. Built in 1957, this home features a solar panel roof design for lower electrical cost, as well as decorative lighting panels around the exterior of the home for beauty and charm during night hours. There is one full bathroom and laundry room, complete with an eat-in kitchen area and a spacious livingroom. The large windows at all corners of the home let in natural light at all daytime hours. The home includes a small pool area with a patio under a glassed awning for relaxation. The bedrooms can be changed to suit your needs.
