Welcome to Flamingo Heights! Featured here is lot number 5 - The Flamingo. Named after the neighborhood it was built in, this home is considered the pinnacle in terms of the 1950s Mid-Century theme in Flamingo Heights. The home is done nearly entirely in a pastel pink color theme, which is period correct to the decade. Newly built in 1957, this three bedroom home is ready for a growing family. The smallest bedroom has everything a mother Sim will need. The two larger bedrooms can be for adults, and each have their own bathroom. Out of the three bathrooms in the home, one of which is a half-bath for guests to use. There is a full kitchen and dining room, and a hallway that connects the home together adjacent to the livingroom entry. There is an in-ground pool with a patio area to help your Sims get through the hot summer weather of which Flamingo Heights experiences throughout the year. The roof is completely solar panel made to save on energy costs. There is also a picturesque cacti garden with a looking pool surrounding it for desert suburban beauty. Feel free to change things around according to your needs.
