This is a neat family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and large dining room and a wooden deck on the side. It also has pretty windows.

As all the Simple homes, it has the following traits:

No cc
Fixtures only (including lights, alarms, phone, bathroom and kitchen objects)
One level only
All plants are accessible
Playability first
