A simple house for simple Sims.

The house has 2 large bedrooms and a 3rd one that can also be used as a study.

2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living area.

Fixtures only. This is a more expensive home with better bathroom and kitchen objects. Lights, alarms and phone as well.

All plants accessible in the garden.
