It also compliments the personality of a boring Sim. It is a great starter for a future scientist or a doctor.
It's small and cheap, but spacious and looks luxurious. Your Sim won't be ashamed to let the neighbors in and the neighbors will never guess that the residence was built, furnished and decorated on a budget build.
