If your Sims are looking for some space saving ideas or just some fun, why not try some of these TS4 City Living items?

Please note:
The Space Saving Desk has a reduced desk surface due to the shelf, so some computers will not fit properly i.e. the computer tower overlaps the bookshelf area slightly plus the outline can be seen from the rear of the desk. Perfect for doing homework or assignments.
The Circles and Squares Divider can be placed together to form a larger partition area.

Update 15/02/2026
Fixed the split of the frame and fabric of the Velvety Cathedra (chair) at rear.
Added a subset to The Space Saving Desk for the books and tweaked the texture details to be a little brighter for all items.
Updated the files and screenshots.

Battle of Wits is a chess table with an ornate pattern and has 7 color options to choose from.

All objects were created from Sims2 base game objects - no expansion or stuff packs required.
The City Living Games Room zip.file contains all six items (with separate folders for each item) plus the collection file. I have also included separate zip.files for each item.
