Hello, fellow simmers! It's been a while since I uploaded a build and this one had been sitting for quite some time. I've been pretty busy with work, school, and home life, however, I made time to finish this one and start another that I will be uploading as well.

This lot, like the last two I uploaded, are homes built in Appaloosa Plains and this was also built on one of the empty lots.

I used 70 Rachelle Lane. It's a 20X30 lot and the total cost of said lot is 98,398 Simoleons Thus it's not a starter home. I'm not one to build a starter home as I typically get carried away with decorating the inside lol, but maybe one day I will try.

My plan is to renovate all of Appaloosa Plains or at least upload lots for the empty lots for those who don't like or want to build and just want to plop something down in this world. I may or may not upload renovated lots later on once I get to that point, however, I just started this and have other non-sim things going on right now so it will take me some time.

As always happy simming and I hope you all really enjoy this lot. I did not use any Move objects to place anything or any other cheats in the game to build or place items. Let me know if there is anything I need to fix as I have not playtested it yet.

***ALSO, I try not to use store items for the builds, however, sometimes I may. For the most part, it's free items you can get from the store and once in a while, it may be a paid-for item. For future builds, I will try to keep to utilizing items from packs only***

****On this lot you will need two store items for the kitchen. You do not have to have them! The baker's station can be replaced with a counter and the wall shelf can also be replaced with another item of your choice****
