While I was on a break from uploading lots and housing, I noticed that a lot of houses out there are built and furnished for families (couples, children, etc.), and that there was a gap in the market for housing for single Sims and housemates. Thus, I have returned to Shields Road with some houses for your singletons.

120 Shields Road is a 2BR 1BA starter house furnished for two housemates. It's quite open inside, with a large spare room downstairs that could also be used as a hobby room, a quite spacious landing, and a back garden patio that can easily be expanded.
