While I was on a break from uploading lots and housing, I noticed that a lot of houses out there are built and furnished for families (couples, children, etc.), and that there was a gap in the market for housing for single Sims and housemates. Thus, I have returned to Shields Road with some houses for your singletons.


125 Shields Road consists of two modern houses on one lot. Each house is built and furnished to accommodate two Sims. Each house has an open living space and a fenced back garden. The left-hand house also features an art easel, and the right-hand one a stereo.
