While I was on a break from uploading lots and housing, I noticed that a lot of houses out there are built and furnished for families (couples, children, etc.), and that there was a gap in the market for housing for single Sims and housemates. Thus, I have returned to Shields Road with some houses for your singletons.

121 Shields Road is a 2BR 1BA country house for four housemates. It was also kind of an experiment to see how I could use a dummy floor for a staircase. It's quite decently furnished with the basics and some extras on top.
