Changed Bookstore Price
Not anymore. Prices are much fairer with this XML mod.
This Mod conflictes with all other Mods that changes Bookstore and Groceriestore XML files.
The Percent Price Modifer for Bookstores are now -50 instead of 0
Grocerys are now at -75 instead of 0
Nothing more is Changed to these Rabbitholes
Tested in Version 1.69
