Animated - Placeable Birds - Seagulls - Fly In & Out
If you're familiar with my mods, you might know that I already made multiple objects spawning seagull vfx.
You can never have enough seagull mods though, so that's why I made this mod which contains a new seagulls vfx.
After placing this invisible object which is 1x4 tiles long, there will 3 seagulls fly in from either the front or the back, stand for a few in-game minutes on a single place and then fly away again.
The seagulls will not land on the same place each time, but will land some where on this 1x4 tiles object.
After they're gone, it will all start over again. This will be repeated for an infinite time.

Placement
Besides placing this object on terrain like a beach lot, it can also be placed on water surfaces of pools, fountains, ponds and oceans. This makes it easier to place it on objects sticking out of the water, floating on the water or hanging above it.
The object can also be placed on deco slots and short walls. Be aware of the size of the object though.
You will also have no problem placing this object close to other objects, like in between grasses.

Object information:
This mod is Base Game Compatible.
It's a Standalone object, so it won't override any other object in game.
To easily find it, type 'Seagull' into the search bar.
It can also be found by going to the Pond's VFX section.

All objects can be recognized by my "BakieGaming" icon in the lower right corner of the thumbnail.

Price in-game
It has a price of $11 Simoleons.
