Horse Motive Decay and Skill Gain Mod Override

Immediately when I started playing around with horses I realised that I didn't like the skill gain - just seemed immediately too easy. Therefore I have created some mod variations that alter that as well as motive decay.

Please only install one variation of the below.

Half All Horse Skills Only - Halves the skill gain for the temperament, agility, jumping and endurance for horses.

Double All Horse Skills Only - Doubles the skill gain for the temperament, agility, jumping and endurance for horses. (Because you might want to complete tasks faster?)

Half Temperament Skill Gain Only - Halves the skill gain just for the temperament skill, the rest are left at their default values.

Half Motive Decay Only - Halves the motive decay for horses but leaves all skill gains at their default values.

Half All Horse Skills And Motive Decay - Halves the skill gain for all horse skills as well as the motive decay rate.

Double All Horse Skills And Motive Decay - Doubles the skill gain for all horse skills as well as the motive decay rate.
