I think what EA wanted to give us with "Nightlife" DLC and vampires is an old and mystic manor.

I love old and stylish houses with a soul, so I couldn't let this one slip pass. I just had to remake it with my own ideas.
What I love about this house it is that crypt under the building. I wanted to give it some dimension and things that vamipres needs during their nightlife wanders. I also wanted to show this house from perspective, when it was in it's good times, when used and filled with this atmospheric, rich style.

Unfortunately EA didn't do a good job setting floor plans in this house, so I had to change that too. I like how it looks now, with all this ornaments outside.

I was thinking about this house a lot lately. I know I remade it but after some time I wasn't happy with what I created. Mostly the outside was scaring me. It was totally screaming at me with all the details, colors... I mean that the original remake of mine has too much going on.
So I went back to this remake and used my new skills and ideas to make this lot even better. I repaired some issues and styles inside for the better choices and mostly I changed the whole house from outside and I deleted an attic. It wasn't needed, this house has a lot of space anyway. I also reworked the kitchen a little and changed the ceilings inside.
The whole garden got a remake too. Now it's not that crowded, it's more dead as it should be and it has a little graveyard in the back of the house.
Now this remake has better looks from outside. I tried to keep everything I changed inside, first time I renovated it, the same because I like the inside. It was the outside that was killing me.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

- Use Inaccessible Bed (It helps sims to reach beds if they need to.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

Only Updated Version!
There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
