Hello and welcome!

Decided to take a little break from building old abandoned places and make something quick and easy.

I've already made a lot that was inspired by the apartment that I live in atm, now this one is inspired by the apartmend my family and I used to live in til' I was 16. One of my sisters lives there nowadays, so the interiour is based on what she has made it into.

Not much to say here, it's just a little suburbian house with two bedrooms (one of them is also a living room), one bathroom and a separate toilet, plus a patio on the outside. Perfect for a couple (or a single mom, based on the master bedroom design) with one or two children.

The lot size is 40x30, the price is 86,440.
