Hello and welcome!

I'm currently taking a break from ts2 and trying to give ts4 a chance, but I had to run back in for a quick sec to build this thing, which is based on a house I've seen during a walk somewhere outside my city. I'm not sure why it caught my eye tbh, it looked like just another abandoned house that is now on sale, but there was something about it that made me think "hmm, if I had the money right now, I bet this thing could be turned into something very lovely".
But since my financial situation is at the state where I can barely pay for my car's insurance, I decided to just recreate the house in ts2 and call it a day.
So this is a two story cottage that was most likely abandoned by it's previous owners right in the middle of the building process due to some unknown reasons. There's no furniture, the interior floors and walls are half done and the yard is overgrown with stuff.
Four bathrooms, four bedrooms.
The price is 40.178, the size is 30x40.
