If you've played with my custom hood called Carier and you've looked at the lot numbers, you might have noticed that two lots are missing. Now, yes, it's just a numerology thing and technically they're not really missing since they weren't supposed to exist in the first place. But, I thought it would be fun to build them anyway, just for kicks.

Consider this like a DLC for my hood lol.

So, Claymore Road 3:



It's a compact, two-story house with one bedroom and one bathroom. Tho I'm not a big fan of the floorplan I came up with here, so feel free to change it to your liking. There's also a balcony that offers a lovely view of the nearby fields, as well as a small shed at the end of the driveway.
No furniture except for the lights.
The size of the lot is 40x40, the price is 36.349.

Sandstone Road 8:



Honestly, I prefer this lot a bit more because it looks nicer overall and the floorplan makes more sense in my humble opinion. It's a one-story house featuring one bedroom, two bathrooms, a terrace, and a two-car garage.
Furnished with basics only.
The lot size is 30x60, the price is 53.671.

Yep, living in Carier is expensive, even if you're buying a starter-like home lol.
