The home is named Mishmash because it can't make up its mind if it is a ranch or modern, however it more than makes up for that deficiency by being perfect for a family or entertaining. It has a very large patio area that includes pool, bar and spa. It also has a separate small patio for grilling (ugh who wants a hot and sweaty person to be mixing with the rest of your guests). The back yard also has a play area for your sim child or toddler. Please excuse the photo of the top of the roof with the floor plans, for some reason the editor wanted a 3rd photo but this home only has 2 floors therefore you got to see the roof.
