This is my version of a mid century modern. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The guest bath has an entrance through the laundry room (which has room for a stackable washer and dryer if you wish) as well as an entrance from within the home. I built it this way so a third bath was not necessary and your guests can still be locked out of the main part of your home if you wish. I used Businesses and Hobbies in the build. Enjoy
