The Loft Home was built for a small family starting out their sims life. It has 2 Bedrooms and 1 bath located above a 2 car garage. The home would actually give your sim family room to expand as their finances permit. It is pretty in a small way and rather colorful. I included pictures from Coolhouseplans.com of the original home and floor plans (which I altered to fit my sims needs. The lot in my game is located at 9 Sun Song Ave, Sunset Valley.
