So my uploads have slowed down, I´m back to work after my vaccation so I don´t have that much time to finish all the projects I´m currently working on for the game. But it´s summer so you are all out in the sun anyways

This is a lot i started some time ago but I couldn´t decide if I wanted it to look exactly like the origina (would have taken a TON of custom CC and all packs available OR make it with no cc and as few packs as possible to make it work for most of you who download my lots. I went for the later

So this lot is zoned as apartments. The original house is featured in a swedish reality show called "Wahlgrens Värld" where we can follow the lives of some famous swedish people, Pernilla Wahlgren (singer, artist, blogger) and her children Bianca Ingrosso (Influencer, CEO), Benjamin Ingrosso (Singer, artist) and her youngest son Theo (still in school).

They live in Lidingö, just outside Stockholm. The street they live on has many of the same houses as hers so I made it a duplex with two houses with their own garden. Both homes are exactly the same with three floors, the basement has two bedrooms for the older children, a bath/laundry and a common area. The first floor has an open plan kitchen/diner/living area aswell as a bathroom and a closet. Upstairs are the master bedrooms with a walk in closet, a bathroom, a child room and a sundeck.

I have furnished both houses with basics and decorations, but I didn´t overdo it so it will be easy for you to do with it as you want. You can ofcourse rezone it to just residential if you want to use it as that.

This lot has no CC and no kits used.
