Ok, I know it´s not the season but this is a lot I made back in december and I thought I would share it with you. Even though it´s a few months until christmas maby some of you wan´t to start early! :D

This is a residential lot but you can zone it to a holiday lot if you wish. I got the idea after watching to many hallmark x-mas movies last year and I have always loved the way american B&B´s look during x-mas time.

The lot is fully decorated with x-mas stuff and all the rest.

Downstairs you have the kitchen, laundry room, a diningroom, livingroom and an office.
Upstairs you will find three guest suites all with a private bathroom. Outside the garden is fully grown with a nice area in the back for eggnog and bbq both summer and winter.
