Welcome to Villa Thalia! Your getaway in the sun

This is the second lot in my new series of lots inspired by Greece, Spain, Italy and the mediterranean in general.

The previous lot was made as an apartment complex but this one is a residential. You could rezone it to a vacation home if you like of course

This whitewashed house welcomes you with a beautifully, tiled patio and a large pool. Lot´s of room for laying in the sun and preparing wonderful meals by the grill.
The first floor houses a large kitchen/dining area aswell as a family room with a beautiful fireplace. There is also a downstairs bathroom.
To get to the second floor you enter the garden and walk up the tiled staircase up to the upstairs balcony where you will find a spacious bedroom with ensuite. There is also a jacuzzi and some sunchairs on the balcony for your convenience.

The view is breathtaking anywhere you turn and this is a place where you can really relax.
