Randomized NPC Servo Colors + No Piercings on Servos Fix

Something I noticed when seeing the game spawn servo NPCs, is that they only show up in the default blue & red color. That's pretty boring. This mod changes that so NPC servos can now show up in one of their different colors!

There are two options for this mod: One is for the default servo colors in the game. I also made another version compatible with my More Servo Colors mod which doubles the servo colors. Only choose one to use in your game.

Additionally, I'm including a bug fix mod to resolve an issue where servo NPCs will sometimes spawn with human face piercings for some weird reason. I noticed this come up a lot more when looking at these NPC servos with the mod installed, so I thought I would include this fix too. I had to tweak the ExcludePartFlags field on the CAS part files for the servo outfits, since they seem to have forgotten to add flags for the face piercings & a few other ones. I highly recommend downloading this as well.

This changes the following tuning:

Also, the servo piercing fix will overwrite the CAS Part files for the servo outfits and thus may conflict with other mods which do the same.
