Hello and welcome!

Like many other grand mansions, the Chamberlain House has a pretty intricate history. The ownership changed hands frequently, with each owner adding their own touch, making the house almost unrecognizable from its original state. The last known ownership was in the early 1910s, after which this beautiful property fell into disrepair. At one point, it served as a school for local children, but since there weren't enough kids to justify funding from the local authorities, it was shut down and left to rot again. Fortunately, a few years back, some local investors decided to step in and now the place is sparkling once more. It might not be exactly like it was in its heyday, but it's good enough to attract respectable buyers and recoup the money spent on renovations.

Just another old mansion I saw somewhere.

Far from being an exact recreation since the actual place looked like a complete architectural mess, so basically I just made a shell that kind of resembled it and then went with whatever my imagination gave me.

Zero regrets on that.

Two story house, two bedrooms, one bathroom. Massive hall and kitchen, both of which can be divided into separate rooms in case you're not a fan of big open spaces.

Lot size is 50x30, the price is 60.048.

Unfurnished, aside from the lights and some garden deco.
