Traderville - your full (Christmas) Shopping hood (NoCC, No Sims)

This is my 100th upload, and I wanted to make something a bit special. I have been playing owned businesses for a long time, and since everyone around me seems to be on Christmas shopping sprees, I thought a shopping hood - and one where your Sims can do their Christmas shopping - may be a good idea.

Welcome to Traderville! With 23 community lots and 13 residential lots, it is a perfect suburb to add to your main hood!

The best part of it is that you can add it to your main hood even if you already have a shopping hood (or 2,or 3, or 4...)

And Traderville is all set up for Christmas too!

I dedicate this lot to new players, to old players who want to try something new, and especially to ALL the simmers who took part in my The Future Belongs to the Builders contest, whose imagination and creativity have inspired me!

The majority of the owned business lots are based on lots in my own game, which I have always found easy to play and working well. Some are shops, some are venues charging an entrance fee.

The lots are mostly on the small side, with 3 farms, which are also home businesses, the exception.

Of course there are fun lots too, traders need to do have a life outside work!

The lots are lightly furnished; the landscaping is quite modest because business owners don't have time (or money) to spend on plants that they don't need.

No CC used, except for some defaults, the most important one Honeywell's hood decor trees. See the recommendations. (You don't need it for the hood to work).

Please note the Install Instructions, it is a "suburb" or business hood and only available to a business hood.
