Build/Buy grid follows cursor

Got here a sims 2 beta feature that's gone almost entirely undocumented. Maxis originally wanted the grid in Build/Buy Mode to work SimCity 4 style where it appears only around the cursor rather than the entire lot. I've been digging around the game's material shaders as of late and discovered that this feature is still in the final game, just disabled. So I edited the floor shader to re-enable this feature and it surprisingly works. Pretty sure Maxis only disabled this due to it causing lag, but with modern computers that's obviously not an issue so it works greats.

Update
Removed all the nonsense with having to replace Materials.package. Now the mod just goes in your downloads folder. Massive thank you to Nopke for reminding me of how modding works.

Dorsal Axe - They were the first one to discover this cut feature. In a post about testing beta material shaders, from a body shop promotional cd, they mentioned this feature. This mod only exists because I stumbled upon that post.
