Education Makes Me Sick!

Your fellow nerdy Umbreon is back with a small mod... with big impact!

It's common knowledge that the common cold is commonly found at public places, and Sims 2 has that in common with real life.
The catch is, while adults can be caught catching colds and the flu at work, children and teens would never catch anything but the bus. That caught my attention.

Looking into the code, I could confirm that schools were, indeed, places of absolute immunity.
And it does seem like Maxis might have considered otherwise at some point, because there is a constant in place with the label "Get Sick at Work % chance" - which, by the way, is in the same place, and carries the same name found in the respective constant for work-related functions. This constant just never gets used in school-related functions at all.

Just a couple days before me, heathensimmer released a mod to allow Uni students to take a sickness home from class.
And so I thought now would be a great time to give children and teens that first-hand experience of contracting a disease, too.

With this simple mod in your Downloads folder, each time a kid comes home from school, no matter whether on the school bus or in a private car, there is a 1% (1 in 100) chance that they will either come back carrying a cold or the flu, both being equally likely to happen.
These odds are the same as for adults bringing home a sickness from work. To me personally, this feels fair and intended by Maxis.

Requirements
Expansion Pack: Nightlife or higher.
This is because the function I change checks the internal category of the car that the kid comes back in and "Ownable Vehicle" was not a category present in the base game.
I was able to add a way to skip an additional apartment check in the code if Apartment Life is not installed, meaning that is not a requirement.

Conflicts and Notes
Obviously, anything that overrides this particular resource will conflict with my mod. Let me know in the comments if HCDU reports a conflict with a mod you use, and I'll let you know if it can be resolved through load order, a compatibility patch, or not at all.

• If you use piqiwi's Prom + Afterschool Activity, you need to download the respective compatible version of my mod, and make it load after his mod.
• There is a conflict with twojeffs' School Bus Bring Friend Dialog but you can just make my mod load after theirs and you'll be good to go. Do note however! twojeffs' mod has an undocumented feature where kids will route away from the school bus when they get out. Due to it not being the main focus of that mod, I decided against making a compatibility patch. Instead, if you still want to combat crowding issues, use simler90's School Come Home Mod, which does the exact same thing but without the conflict.
• simler90's School Mods are all perfectly fine to use together with this mod.
