Always adopt strays

Changed behavior: strays won't need a high relationship anymore to accept the adoption. Greet them and adopt them on the spot, they'll be happy!
Wolves, however, retain the regular difficulty in adoption.


Always accept outing

No matter your relationship with them, no matter their mood or logistical situation, any sim you invite for an outing will come.
An outing full of enemies should be interesting, after all.

The names of packages should be self-explanatory.

Obviously, you'll need the Pets expansion for strays and the Nightlife expansion for outings.
