This is a lot with a rabbit hole rug inside it, so it works with the Ultimate Careers mod and also functions as a rabbit hole. It has most of the job-rating objects in Business and Journalism, excluding the mod objects. It uses the bulletin board mod and Jinx Rabbit Hole Rugs.

It has a total of four floors, with one floor serving as a height indicator to create the illusion of an office tower. The Partner floor is presumably for entry-level employees, the third floor for mid-level employees, and the top floor for CEOs and higher-level positions, but you can use it however you like. Coffee is available on each floor.
