I'm sure every one of us knows about Astronaut career level, the highest rank of the Military career track. And the fact that the Sims working it only have to go to work once a week. Which, unfortunately, presents some problems if your Sim gets married or has a baby, or even just accidentally phones for more days off than intended.

Because that's how you end up with your Sim having several weeks of PTO - long enough to raise a baby to adulthood even!

Well, no more of that!

With this mod, you will be able to adjust the amount of work days your Sims have each week, preventing the overly-long breaks.

Installation
It's a tuning mod, it goes into Overrides folder.

Versions
The original career level has Monday as the only working day, with Suburbs having 18h work-day and Downtown having 22h work-day according to the game files.
My mod offers the following versions, all with equal working time for Suburbs and Downtown:
  • Version 1: Mon, Wed, Fri; 18h work-day
  • Version 2: Mon, Wed, Fri; 20h work-day
  • Version 3: Mon, Thu; 23h work-day
  • Version 4: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu; 15h work-day
Pick only one version to install!

Conflicts
This mod edits Careers_XML and will conflict with all other mods, which affect it. Check with Dashboard if you are not sure of potential issues.
