This cozy family home was created using ONLY The Sims 4 Base Game.

No Expansion Packs.
No Game Packs.
No Stuff Packs.
No Kits.
No Custom Content.

I wanted to create a house that still feels detailed, realistic and lived-in without relying on any additional packs.

The exterior combines blue siding, warm brick, a traditional front porch and plenty of landscaping, while the interior has a more modern and colorful family style.

📥 INSTALLATION

Download the file and place the included files in:

Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray

After installing, open The Sims 4 and find the house in your Library.

Make sure that you have enabled showing Custom Content in your Library if necessary, even though this build itself contains NO CC.


⚠️ BEFORE PLACING

For the best result, enter this cheat before placing the lot:

Code: 
bb.moveobjects on


Then place the lot from your Library.


🌿 IMPORTANT

Some objects and landscaping have been positioned using bb.moveobjects.

I therefore recommend placing the house directly from Manage Worlds instead of entering the empty lot first.
