I enjoyed this build as I was making specifically for myself to play. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths furnished. The unfinished basement has 2 bedrooms and a bath already blocked in (you of course are welcome to change the layout if it doesn't suit your sim family needs) but not furnished as I did not need the additional space at this time. The theme of the home is rustic (I really love horse ranch). It has a pool pond (I did not include the pool ladder because it ruins my rustic vibe and your sims can get in and out without it but feel free to add it. Enjoy.

I have updated the zip file as of 9:53 am EST (USA). I discovered while playing my own sim family that there was a routing issue in the master bedroom between a vase of flowers and the end table. Nothing has been removed. I used the moveobjects on cheat to move the flowers a little to the left and the end table a little to the right which resolved the issue for my family. Apologies.
