We have several areas in Tampa that have been gentrified (which I am glad to see). I love older homes. To me they have the character of past generations and should be saved if possible. The outside of the home has been left as originally built and spruced up to make it as beautiful as it was when new. The inside of the home has been completely modernized and remodeled to accommodate the busy lives of the current family unit.

The home has a sun deck, 2 porches and a patio with pool. Enjoy.
