Hi, you asked for it and here it is... One of the maids house.
It's a small house with only one bedroom but could be changed.
Maybe it could be problems to place this lot on an even ground so take a look at this two links:

I use this trix all the time and it works without problem.
To alter the buildable lots just go to the file

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Sys and look for the
Neighborhood file (not the NeighborhoodTerrain file!)

Backup this file and then open it in NotePad
Look for the text

MaxLotSlope=20.0

Alter it to:
MaxLotSlope=40.0#20.0

That's all...
Save and play!

This lot is 3x3 and cost abt 90.000
There is extra objects and walls but no hacks.
